The Boosted Tutorial

Psaltries suck, don't they? Well, now there's finally something to make their encounters less insufferable!

This mod serves as an introduction to a brand new status effect: Boosted.

While a party member is Boosted, they will gain a +1 base damage bonus for every point of Max HP lost throughout the battle. Not only that, but this damage bonus will be retained if Max HP is recovered (so long as the status effect isn't removed). Anyone blessed with Boosted has the potential to do insane damage with even something as simple as Slap, but not without risk...

Along with this status effect, the mod also includes two new playable fools, both of whom utilize Boosted in different ways.

AIKA, the Misplaced  (support) - A prototype of a secret government project from an entirely different universe, this Artificially Intelligent Kompanion Automaton was invented to assist. Her main focus is applying Boosted on allies and racking up their attack bonuses in the process. She can also give them cookies for healing, though if no one will accept, she can use them as minor weapons instead.

Katya, the Radiant  (attack) - Cursed by the glowing paint she was once enamored with, Katya is now in a constant struggle with the radioactive decay threatening to make her bones crumble to dust. Her Max HP continually drops no matter what she does, though that doesn't stop her from putting up a fight. On the contrary, it only makes her stronger...
